Return Policy

Sometimes things just don’t work out. If you would like to return/exchange the watch you ordered from, don’t spend time worrying — a prepaid return shipping label is enclosed with your shipment (for North American orders only).

Here’s how to make a return:

  1. For North American orders, take the return shipping label that was enclosed with your shipment from us, and fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
  2. Place your watch(es) with tags and original box/packaging in the reusable shipping box.
  3. Attach the return shipping label provided to the outside of the package (make sure the barcode portion of the label is visible — we need to scan it when it arrives).
  4. Find an appropriate nearby Post Office or UPS store location and drop off your package.
  5. Once we receive your package, a refund or exchange will be processed within seven business days (we’ll email you a confirmation once this is complete).

  • We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on sale items, discontinued items, or items with Custom Caseback Engraving, however, these items are still covered under our 2-year Factory Warranty.
  • Returns/Exchanges must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. (Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account).
  • If you decide to return your order, please note that shipping fees are NOT refundable.
  • Damaged or worn items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

  • Returns of items purchased from a Momentum dealer must be returned to the dealer where they were purchased, and are subject to each store’s own Return/Exchange Policy.
  • We must receive the product within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Orders with Custom Caseback Engraving are not returnable/refundable.
  • Band orders or wallet orders may be returned within 14 days of purchase, but do not include a free return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will refund the cost of the order, less any shipping charges.
  • Orders shipping outside North America, do not include a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
